Over the course of the last decade, I have had the opportunity of making many individuals dreams of owning land in VT come true. During this time, I have been asked a handful of questions about VT land ownership hundreds if not thousands of times. I have often found that many of my clients had been considering purchasing land in VT for years but never really understood permitting requirement, VT land taxes, subdivision requirements, septic system requirements, Act 250 permits, etc..... And, to make circumstances even more frustrating for these purchasers, they where never able to find general information on VT land ownership.
It is my intent to change this! I hope to create an online resource that can and will be visited by millions of prospective Vermont land purchasers for years to come.
